You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate accounts that fail verification or that we reasonably suspect of fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Payments and Settlement

GimBooks Pay enables you to pay eligible expenses using your credit card and other supported methods, with funds settled to the designated bank account. Settlement timelines and the availability of any interest-free credit period depend on your card issuer and the relevant banks and networks. We are a facilitator and are not the issuer of your card or credit.

Charges

Applicable convenience charges and taxes are displayed before you confirm a payment. By proceeding, you authorize us to collect the stated amount. Charges are subject to change, and any revision will be reflected in the app before you complete a transaction.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to use it for money laundering, fraud, financing of illegal activity or any transaction prohibited by law or by your card issuer. You are responsible for the accuracy of beneficiary and vehicle details you enter; we are not liable for payments made to incorrect details provided by you.

Refunds and Reversals

Successful payments and recharges are generally final. Where a transaction fails after the amount is debited, the amount will be reversed to the source as per the timelines of the relevant banks and networks. For disputes, please contact our support team.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GimBooks Pay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for delays or failures caused by banks, card networks, payment gateways or other third parties beyond our reasonable control.
