Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith mediation for a period of thirty (30) days. If unresolved, it shall be referred to arbitration seated in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, conducted in accordance with applicable Indian law. Subject to the foregoing, the courts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
